By using our services, you ("User", "Seller", "Agent") agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement. Frontdoor's primary function is to make offers on homes by contacting Sellers and Agents. Users may not utilize our data to seek competing offers and agree to share all information required to complete transactions.

Definitions

• Property: The home that Frontdoor intends to purchase.
• Seller: The individual or entity looking to sell their Property.
• Agent: The individual or entity representing the Seller.
• Buyer: Refers to Frontdoor, irrespective of whether a purchase ultimately occurs.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to sell a Property to Frontdoor. Additionally, Frontdoor only makes acquisitions within the United States.

User Obligations

All transactions must comply with both state and federal laws and regulations. Transactions will only proceed through a certified lawyer or title office. Frontdoor does not represent the Seller or Agent in any transaction; it is the Seller's or Agent's responsibility to secure their own legal representation.

Frontdoor reserves the right to terminate any purchase agreement at its sole discretion. Frontdoor makes no guarantees to complete a purchase even after submitting an offer. Should a transaction be terminated, Sellers will be notified via email.
